Wapda Chairman Tariq Hamid said the field officers can be instrumental in promoting the Wapda's image through prompt redressal of the consumer grievances. He stated this while addressing a seminar on the topic of ' Image of Wapda in general public and how it can be improved' held here on Wednesday as a part of training of newly inducted assistant directors in administration wing of the Wapda. He emphasised that the image of an organisation such as Wapda can only be improved by providing better services to the public.
